Indigenous languages in your state

To find out the Indigenous languages around you, visit the AIATSIS map of Indigenous Australia! You can also discover more with the interactive Gambay map made by First Languages Australia and regional language centres; have a listen to some Indigenous community members’ experience with their language.

Here are some links to language courses in your state, as well as some online courses. You can also visit the list of language centres across Australia compiled by Resource Network for Linguistic Diversity (RNLD).

If you know of others that you think should be added, please let us know!
